If you have an idea for a trip but are not sure how to structure it, what it should cost, or whether your timing makes sense, a consultation session is a practical starting point. We go through your destination, your dates, your group, and your budget in a focused session and come back to you with a clear set of options. That might be a recommended routing, a shortlist of properties, advice on what to skip, or a realistic cost range based on what you are describing. Consultations are also useful for complex trips: multi-country itineraries, trips with mixed group interests, or destinations where visa and entry requirements need careful planning in advance. There is no obligation to book further, and many clients use the consultation to get a grounded sense of what is realistic before committing to anything.
